Barb White

After Barb achieved an associate’s degree in accounting, her career evolved in a different direction. She started in payroll management and gradually added benefits administration. Continuing along this path, she later earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources and business management. She joined CarlsonSV in 2024 after working in the manufacturing, scientific R&D and medical industries.

Barb manages all aspects of human resources, benefits and recruitment for our team in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She views her role as a bridge between employee advancement and organizational success. This may include assisting employees with their daily HR needs, updating and interpretation of employment policies and practices, job description development, staying current with new employment legislation, conducting training or benchmarking compensation.

In her spare time, Barb enjoys working out at her local gym, flower gardening and all things outdoors (during the summer months as she’s not a fan of winter!)
